      Yes we are. While our jewellery designs may be exotic we are a family-run UK registered jewellery company and we ship our orders from leafy Leicestershire, England.

      No we never include a paper invoice with any of the orders we ship. We only ever include a delivery note which does not include any price details.

      Always store your jewellery pieces individually, preferably in your Mexican Collection box so that they don’t rub together or scratch. Clean your pendant regularly with a polishing cloth to maintain its shine.

      Our mixed metal pendants with a silver weight over 7.8g are tested and hallmarked in the UK as required by British law. Lighter pieces meet British legal standards without requiring a hallmark.

      Yes we do. We typically ship all orders received before 2pm on the same day (Mon-Fri). Orders received after 2pm are shipped the next business day. We also offer guaranteed next day delivery with Royal Mail’s next day delivery service (Mon-Fri).

      We understand that our jewellery may not always be suitable. Any item you order from us can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. We just ask that returned jewellery is in the same condition and packaging as you received it.
