Our most popular length of necklace is 45cm (18”). It works well over high or low collars, making it a versatile choice. For a fitted style that sits closer to the neck opt for a 40cm (16”) necklace length. If you’re not sure, choose one of our necklaces with an extension chain for adjusting the length.
Of course. We only ever include a delivery note in our UK orders and no invoices. We can also add a hand-written card with your gift – just leave the details as you check out.
Delivery time depends on the service selected, with free Royal Mail Tracked 48 on UK orders over £50. Dispatch is typically the same day for orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, with orders placed after 2pm processed the next working day.
Sterling silver is our favourite precious metal and our necklaces are made from high grade 925 sterling silver. Our mixed metal necklaces feature copper, 14ct vermeil and brass accents – we never plate or coat base metals.
Our necklaces over 7.8g are tested and hallmarked in the UK, while lighter pieces meet legal standards without needing a hallmark.
Use a silver polishing cloth and store them dry when not worn. Because the silver is untreated, natural oxidation can deepen over time, so avoid lotions, chemicals and chlorine to keep the finish bright.
Returns are accepted within 30 days for a return, exchange or refund. Send your order back in the original packaging and condition along with the order number to PO BOX 10832, OAKHAM, Rutland LE15 9FA. Refunds go to the original payment method after processing.
