We understand that you may need some time to check if your jewellery is perfect for you. If your jewellery is not quite right and you want to return an item for whatever reason we're happy to either exchange or refund your order if returned within 30 days. We offer this service for every item in our catelogue, including earrings.
We just ask that you send the item back to us in it's original condition and packaging and with any complimentary gift cards or cleaning cloths that may have been supplied with the original order. Please obtain a proof of postage when you send your return.
There are certain unfortunate situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). For example any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts or packaging. If this applies to your return please email us at email@example.com to discuss it.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Returned items will always be refunded to the original payment method used when placing your order.
- Credit or Debit Card - We will credit your account within 5-10 working days of receipt of your items.
- Pay Pal - Your refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 24 hours of your refund email being sent.
Please note that original postage, customs duties and other import fees are non refundable.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your original payment method to see if it has been processed. If you have done this and you still have not received your refund please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to check the details for you.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
If you require a different size or would like to exchange what you have bought for something else in our collection we are happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Just send us an email at email@example.com for further details.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging an item for another depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for international returns.
